NEW GENERAL MUSIC CLASSES GEARED TOWARDS HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES!
Ages: 6-9
A general music class that comprises learning music notation, playing classroom instruments, singing various repertoire, and appreciating music in all its genres and forms
Combining various objectives from the NC Essential Standards for Elementary Music, each session exposes young learners to various elements of music through singing, listening, and playing classroom instruments such as keyboards, non-pitched percussion, and ukulele.
In a supportive and engaging environment, children develop creativity, confidence, and a love for music while exploring rhythm, melody, and harmony.

Ages: 10-16
A general music class that incorporates and expounds upon beginner music concepts and dives into more creative and complex levels of study and song, including ear-training, improvising, composing, and analysis
Combining various objectives from the NC Essential Standards for Music, each session is designed to advance students comprehension and skills with music through intermediate singing, listening, and playing classroom instruments such as keyboards, non-pitched percussion, and ukulele.
This dynamic class provides pre-teens and teens with the tools and inspiration to elevate their musical talents in a supportive and cooperative environment.

Ages: 6-10
A group class focused on singing and learning to train young voices with proper technique
Students will learn to match pitch and sing as an ensemble with attention paid to developing tone, proper breathing and posture, and using expression.
Class will conclude with an end of the year performance to celebrate everyones' progress and hard work.

Ages: 4.5 - 6
A group class focusing on piano for young beginners that can serve as a stepping stone to one-on-one lessons
Students will learn to play the piano and read music in a small, intimate group - with focus on using correct fingering, developing proper hand posture, and learning to play in time.
Class will conclude with an end of the year performance to celebrate everyones' progress and hard work.
